The program worked like a charm. From the very beginning, I started to lose fat. After the first 3-month period, I have dropped my body fat percentage from 20% down to 13%. I have lost 13.3 pounds of fat and gained 3.3 pounds of muscle. Another measurement I could not believe was this: my waist went down from 97 cm to 85 cm.

I've tried lots of programs with personal trainers, diets and gyms; this is the first and only designed program that I have not quit. I have had my knee rebuilt twice and surgery on the other. I've also had my shoulder operated on and rebuilt. Since I've been coming to Kurt I have remained free from injury.
My Starting weight was 225 and I am 5'4". I got down to 160 and am very happy. Kurt has taken the best physical, emotional, mental and nutritional plan and rolled them all into one. This has been the best personal training I have received, focusing on my individual needs and abilities.
This is the first thing I have done for myself. I have a great mental attitude and I feel getter and happier than ever before.

"Yo' Kurt, although I don't look quite like you yet, I'm still pleased to announce that I gained about 40 lbs in about 8 months.
You know, when I started your program and you asked me to send you my goal weight, I wrote down 190 lbs., with tongue in cheek. You see, I never believed I'd ever reach that goal. But as the months went by and I kept on gaining, my optimism also grew. To make a long story short, about 4 months ago I reached my goal, and right now I'm at 195 lbs. That is a 45 lb. gain from my pre-illness weight. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you buddy.

"I Am Gaining Confidence and Self-Esteem"
"I just thought I'd tell you about my wonderful progress. Your life story on your site really hit home with me. I was speechless when contemplating purchasing your program, it turns out we have the exact same life story, I can relate to every word. I decided to purchase your program about a month or so ago without expecting any real accomplishments. But I didn't actually decide to go forward with it until about two weeks ago. My average weight is about 150 but I drop to 130-135 very frequently. It's a struggle to keep 150 up.
I officially started on your program on Monday The 15th, (3 days ago), with very little modification to your original plan.
My starting weight with the supplements and workout was around 143, Monday morning I was 148, Tuesday morning I was 151, Wednesday morning I was 154, and this morning I am 158.
Everyone around the office is recognizing the increase. I couldn't even fit into my favorite pants this morning. When I look in the mirror I can see my body filling out nicely and I love it. I have a higher level of confidence and self esteem now even only after the first 4 days. I am looking forward to going to the club again in about two weeks with my new look...

Synergy has changed my life! I am a 46 year old mother of five and grandmother of 3. My goal is to be a young grandma that can do active things with my grandchildren. I have been training with John for 9 months. He has taught me about fitness and taking better care of myself. I look forward to the days that I train and feel better afterwards. "Years to my Life"
My name is Lujean Anderson and I have been participation in a fitness program at Synergy for several months. I am 46 years old and have lived with fibromyalgia for 20 years. I also recently developed high blood pressure. My doctor was quite concerned about this and recommended exercise as part of my treatment plan, which he felt would help my problem with high blood pressure as well as the fibromyalgia symptoms of fatigue, chronic pain and sleep disorders. I now work out at synergy 3 times a week under the guidance of a personal trainer who counseled me on diet as well as fitness exercises. My blood pressure is now under control, I am sleeping better without the aid of sleep meds, I have not had a recurrence of the lower back problems since I've learned to strengthen and balance the muscles in that area and I have more energy throughout the day. I am even able to get up early and enjoy the mornings-something that was very difficult to do before. Oh, and I must admit, I am looking amazing. That is a very great benefit of becoming physically fit. I am absolutely sold on the Synergy fitness concept! I'm sure it will add years to my life and I will be much healthier and happier. After just a few months of training at Synergy, I have found that I have increased stamina and am less tired during the day. I am learning to eat better and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. I joined a gym and tried to work out on my own. It was not successful. I absolutely love having a professional to teach me how to properly use the equipment and to properly perform the exercises. I started training with Kurt in February 2003, after previously training for a year with a professional trainer at my home. I had been lifting weights for one hour, 3 days a week, followed by 20 minutes of cardio, to achieve a level of health, after suffering from fibromyalgia for years.
I came to Kurt looking for three things: (1) to increase my upper body strength (2) to increase stamina for water-skiing and (3) reduce my work-out time. Since working with Kurt, I have achieved all three goals. Now, I lift weights for a half hour, 3 times a week, and do cardio 3 times a week for 60 minutes on alternating days. I have lost two pant sizes and I am now smaller than I was as a teenager, which was something I didn't know was possible at age 42. I thought I was as lean as I was going to get. I now have a sculpted long, lean body that I never thought possible for me to achieve.
The most impressive thing to me about Kurt is his keen awareness of people's individual needs. I had come in with an injured shoulder after lifting a heavy object at home. My shoulder continued to hurt for weeks. On the days I worked out with Kurt he would warm it up with just the right exercises and I would be out of pain all day! His recommendations helped my shoulder muscles continue to heal. In addition to trusting him when I have injuries, I'm impressed by his level of understanding and perception. Kurt had matched the level of understanding that my physical therapists and physicians knew regarding my body's limits and needs. I highly recommend him to people who are serious about reaching their fitness and health goals and anyone with special limitations.
